GRW has invested in its work force of some 520 employees through its commitment to employee excellence. This has fostered the development of highly skilled and competent technicians, supervisors and management. The company has, through its training officer, developed six highly credible and accredited programmes focused on welding techniques.

Working with sector training authority MERSETA, GRW has achieved accreditation to undertake ABET and basic skills training for unskilled workers in their employment and those of other companies.

GRW has further achieved accreditation from TETA as an Assessor for the Unit Standards of Assessor Registration in providing Operate Lift Trucks & Operate Cranes courses.
